Presentation Politics (#4)

Unfortunately, it's not unusual for people to leave a meeting with completely different recollections of what was decided and what the next steps are. Don't depend on them to review the presentation deck later. Instead, leave the last slide empty except for blank sections labeled Decisions and Next Steps. Near the end of the meeting, complete these sections on screen, asking for their agreement as you go.
